9/27/2007 蒙古人为什么不过中秋节?内蒙古 呼和浩特 这个独特的塞外古城。中秋的气氛实在是不知道用什么语言去形容? 月饼?和这边的所有的食物一样,感觉是那么的粗燥,没有任何想要去买来吃的冲动。 在此时此地,好怀念广州的精品月饼。 公司的蒙古族同事,告诉我,他们是不过中秋节的,又给我上了一课,原来是这样子的。 "Zhong Qiu Jie", which is also known as the Mid-Autumn Festival, is celebrated on the 15th day of the 8th month of the lunar calendar. It is a time for family members and loved ones to congregate and enjoy the full moon - an auspicious symbol of abundance, harmony and luck. Adults will usually indulge in fragrant mooncakes of many varieties with a good cup of piping hot Chinese tea, while the little ones run around with their brightly-lit lanterns. "Zhong Qiu Jie" probably began as a harvest festival. The festival was later given a mythological flavour with legends of Chang-E, the beautiful lady in the moon. According to Chinese mythology, the earth once had 10 suns circling over it. One day, all 10 suns appeared together, scorching the earth with their heat. The earth was saved when a strong archer, Hou Yi, succeeded in shooting down 9 of the suns. Yi stole the elixir of life to save the people from his tyrannical rule, but his wife, Chang-E drank it. Thus started the legend of the lady in the moon to whom young Chinese girls would pray at the Mid-Autumn Festival. 传说古时候,天空曾有10个太阳。一天,这10个太阳同时出现,酷热难挡。弓箭手后翌射下了其中9个太阳,拯救了地球上的生灵。他偷了长生不死药,却被妻子嫦娥偷偷喝下。此后,每年中秋月圆之时,少女们都要向月宫仙女嫦娥祈福的传说便流传开来。In the 14th century, the eating of mooncakes at "Zhong Qiu Jie" was given a new significance. The story goes that when Zhu Yuan Zhang was plotting to overthrow the Yuan Dynasty started by the Mongolians, the rebels hid their messages in the Mid-Autumn mooncakes. Zhong Qiu Jie is hence also a commemoration of the overthrow of the Mongolians by the Han people. 在14世纪,中秋节吃月饼又被赋予了一层特殊的含义。传说在朱元璋带兵起义推翻元朝时,将士们曾把联络信藏在月饼里。因此,中秋节后来也成为汉人推翻蒙古人统治的纪念日。 During the Yuan Dynasty (A.D.1206-1368) China was ruled by the Mongolian people. Leaders from the preceding Sung Dynasty (A.D.960-1279) were unhappy at submitting to foreign rule, and set how to coordinate the rebellion without it being discovered. The leaders of the rebellion, knowing that the Moon Festival was drawing near, ordered the making of special cakes. Packed into each mooncake was a message with the outline of the attack. On the night of the Moon Festival, the rebels successfully attacked and overthrew the government. What followed was the establishment of the Ming Dynasty (A.D. 1368-1644). Agency: JWT, Milan Executive Creative Director: Pietro Maestri Creative Director and Copywriter: Alex Brunori Art Director: Fabio Anzani Photography: Joan Garrigosa 11/29/2006 人民币升值利弊分析人民币升值利于进口,不利出口,对外贸企业的影响冰火两重天。出口型企业产品的竞争力将减弱,尤其是初级产品出口。而进口产品的在国内的竞争力将明显提升。如价值8000元的产品出口价可能是1000美元,而人民币升值后同样的产品出口价将为1111美元,上涨11%,原有的低成本优势将丧失怠尽,单纯依靠价格优势的产业将受极大的冲击。进口产品的竞争优势将提高,以比较火爆的轿车为例,原价10万美元的进口车国内价格将从80万元降为72万元(均未考虑税费影响),比价效应非常明显。同样对进口原材料依赖度比较大的企业来说,成本降低将直接增加企业的赢利能力。另外目前最热的话题就是原油价格的飙升,03年我国进口原油9000万吨,今年估计将超过1亿吨,升值10%(以平均价40美元/桶计算)将节约资金近240亿元。 吸引外资能力减弱而会有更多的国内企业走出去,到国外去投资建厂。虽然人民币升值将增加在华外资企业的赢利能力(以美元计算),但相应的新增投资成本上升,原有的外资企业会继续留守而新增资金回转向其他国家投资;但国内企业去国外投资的成本将降低,会促使大量企业走出去,尤其是饱受反倾销之苦的家电业,去美国建场就成为非常好的选择。 外债还本付息压力减轻,一批依靠外资贷款的项目的赢利能力将得到改善。以几个上市公司为例,从2003年的年报发现,漳泽电力、上海电力、辽通化工的汇兑损失都在5000万元以上,尤其是漳泽电力的日元汇兑损失更是超过1.8亿元,以前年度提取的汇兑损失将有机会逐步冲回记入利润。 中国GDP国际地位将提高,03年我国的GDP是1.4万亿美元,世界第七,如果人民币升值再加上今年9%以上的增长,04年我国有望超过意大利和法国,上升到第五位。 此外,在出国培训和学习、增加国家税收收入和提该人民的实际购买力方面是利好;而弊端是可能增加市场投机行为、出口减少可能导致国内就业压力加大、可能导致出现通货紧缩、可能出现“暴富效应”、可能加剧低收入群体的支出负担等。综合分析,人民币升值有利有弊,就目前来看,应该是利大于弊。 积极影响:
